ARTIST BIO

I learnt as a child to see the world through the eyes of someone who believes in the positives of colours and textures but failed to portray it at such an early age. I always strived to do the best I could do to portray this world, but I don’t always succeed in transferring it onto canvas. Through sheer determination and perseverance... I\'m finally reaching my goal.
I was also inspired by the famous artist Jackson Pollock. As a child I always enjoyed the many colours of the rainbow and how it fell onto the canvas. 
I woke up one morning and bought a canvas. The next thing I knew, I started painting, with no real idea of what I was painting, but when I stood back and observed at what I had just painted, I was amazed of what it actually meant to me... it meant a new beginning!
For other images, my eyes are drawn to patterns, textures and reflections. Glancing light carries the texture of the medium with it. We see more at an angle than if we were looking straight on. In essence my belief is ..... \"Every living thing is a picture, everyone is a landscape.\"
