Winners are selected by Artwork Judge.
Certificates will be provided to all prize winners.
Highly Commended Certificates may be awarded in all categories but do not attract prize monies.
Certificates will be provided when art works are collected (in the case of unsold art) or mailed out (in the case of sold art).
* Best Moonee Valley Artist prize open to any artist that resides in the City of Moonee Valley as at the Opening Date for Submissions. Proof of residential address will be required by winning artist.
** Best Youth Artist prize open to any artist aged 18 and under as at Opening Date for Submissions. Proof of age will be required by winning artist.
